1.Payments and deposits
1.1 Our night daily rates are:
. Quoted in South Africa Rand
. Quoted per room for 1/2 person
. Dinner and breakfast excluded in unit price
. Check-in 14h00
. Check-out 10h00. Failure to checkout on time will attract an additional full fee.
. Invoices given only on request, Hourly rates available
1.2 Our day daily rates are:

. Check-in 07h00
. Check-out 17h00. Failure to checkout on time will attract an additional full fee.
. The day rates are the same full value irrespective of the amount of hours stayed.

1.3 Standard deposit and payments:
. 50% deposit to confirm booking
. Full payment when checking in
. Confirmation of booking will only be issued once funds are cleared.
. Any additional fee is charged if guest are extra with a minor (minor-less than 10 years old)
. Booking by guest less than 18 years old may not be accepted unless accompanied by an adult.
. Proof may be required in such cases by ID or any other valid means.
2.Cancellation Policy:
. All cancellation must be given via writing e-mail or calls.
2.1 Standard:
. The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% Of the total price if they cancel within 60 days before arrival.
. No cancellation will be allowed if booking is within 1-2 days: full value charged
2.2 No show policy:
. 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged for room that is booked but the guest never checks in.
2.3 Room released:
. In form of payment has not been received, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.
3.Booking Conditions:
3.1 Conditions of stay:
. The owners and the management of Clermont lodge will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items brought into premises
. The owners and management of Clermont lodge will not be held responsible for load shedding (Backup generators are however available on site)
. All children are welcome
. Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge
. All further children and adults are charged at room rates per night for extra rooms.
. Private parking is complimentary on site (reservation is not needed) if full they will be parked outside with full view of security guard.
